As ICC 2019 Cricket World Cup is coming near, the spirit of cricket fans all around the world is already increasing. The ICC announced the schedule of Cricket World Cup 2019. And the most exciting cricket match between Pakistan and India will be played on 16th June 2019. Introduction to World Cups: 

The first two world cups of cricket history in which team clothes were totally white and the overs per innings were 60 but later in 1987, World Cup which was hosted by Pakistan and India jointly overs were reduced to 50 per innings because of short daylight in Indian sub-continent as compared to England. In 1992 World Cup ICC announced to bring colored clothing for teams, that was the first world cup with colored clothing and Pakistan won that world cup.

The Top 8 teams of ICC one-day international ranking automatic qualifies to play world cup the other two teams of the event decided by qualifier matches. The Cricket World Cup of 2019 will start on 30th May and the final will be played on 14th July. But before ICC world cup 2019, Asia cup will be played in September 2018 in the United Arab Emirates in which only Asian cricket teams will participate. The last time winner of Asia Cup was India. The last event hosted by ICC was ICC Champions Trophy which Pakistan won and knocked out India in final with 180 runs. Many Cricket Experts are saying that Pakistan cricket team is favorite for 2019 World Cup because of it's younger team and young captain with a highly qualified coach.

Schedule of ICC World Cup 2019:

The Starting ceremony of the tournament will take place on 30 May 2019 and the opening match will be played between England and South Africa. Cricket is the national game of England but England never won a title of ICC, in 1992 world cup final England was defeated by Pakistan. The second match will be played on 31 May 2019 between the two-time winner Windies and one-time winner Pakistan. Windies won first two opening world cups of 1975 and 1979 and Pakistan won the world cup in 1992 in captaincy of Imran Khan. Match 3 will be played between New Zealand and Sri Lanka. In Match 4 Australia will have to face rising Afghanistan's team and in match 5 South Africa need to face Bangladesh. As you can see in the following image.

ICC 2019 Cricket World Cup: 6 to 10 matches schedule

In 6th match England and Pakistan will face off each other the latest fight between these two countries was the semi-final of Champions Trophy 2017 in which Pakistan defeated England badly, also in 1992 world cup final, Pakistan defeated England with a margin of 22 runs. In other matches, Afghanistan, South Africa, Bangladesh and Australia will play matches against Sri Lanka, India, New Zealand and West Indies respectively.

ICC 2019 Cricket World Cup Schedule: 11th to 15 matches 

In the 11th match, Pakistan will play against Sri Lanka it is remembered that Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan in 1996 world cup final. England and Bangladesh will face each other in 12th match and Afghanistan, India and South Africa need to defeat New Zealand Australia and West Indies respectively.

2019 Cricket World Cup: 16th to 20 matches

In the 16th match, Sri Lanka to play against Bangladesh and in the 17th match Australia will face Pakistan, last time in 2015 world cup Australia defeated Pakistan in the quarter-final of the tournament. In the 18th match, India will need to face New Zealand in Trent Bridge stadium of Nottingham. England and West Indies will try to defeat each other in the 19th match and Sri Lanka will face Australia in the 20th match which will be played in the famous ground of The Oval in London.

World Cup 2019: 21 to 25 matches

In the 21st match, South Africa will play against Afghanistan at Cardiff Wales stadium and the most exciting match of world cup Pakistan Vs India will take place on 16th June at Old Trafford stadium in Manchester. Remember, the Pakistan Vs India matches' revenue gives ICC a revenue equal to 3 other matches. In the 23rd match, Windies will face Bangladesh and England, New Zealand will play against Afghanistan and South Africa respectively.

ICC Cup 2019: matches from 26 to 30

The new part of the event will start by the match of Australia and Bangladesh in the 26th match. In the match 27th England will play against Sri Lanka, In the 28th match India will play against Afghanistan, In the 29th match, West Indies will play against New Zealand and Pakistan will play against South Africa in match 30.

Cricket World Cup 2019 schedule: matches from 31 to 35

In the 31st match, Bangladesh will need to play against Afghanistan in Hampshire Bowl stadium of Southampton. In the match 32, the cricket enemies England and Australia the biggest exciting match in world cup after Indo-Pak clash will take place in the home of cricket Lord's in London. New Zealand, West Indies, and Sri Lanka will face Pakistan, India, and South Africa will play against each other in matches number 33,34 and 35 respectively.

In the 36th match, Afghanistan will play against Pakistan and in the match 37, New Zealand will play against Australia in Lord's ground. England, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will face India, West Indies, and India respectively at Edgbaston, The Riverside Durham grounds.

Last 5 group matches of cricket world cup 2019

The last five matches of the group stage will start from match 41 to 45 in which England, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Australia will try to defeat New Zealand, West Indies, Bangladesh, India and South Africa respectively.  

Semi-Finals and final schedule: world cup 2019

The first four teams of group stages will qualify for semi-finals. The Semi-Finals will be played on Old Trafford and Edgbaston grounds and the final of the tournament will be played on the home of Cricket Lord's ground.
